DatesNov 3, 8 p.m. to midnight
We’ve added three more acts to FrontRow Live, which will take place on November 3 at the Dallas Contemporary from 8 p.m. to midnight. DJ Sober will open the night, followed by a set by DJ Prince William, the musician behind the label Fade To Mine, about whose recent success you can read all about here. Both sets will be accompanied by the video imaginations of Lars Larsen, the audio/visual crossover artist known for his innovative work creating an analog video synth and who created the visuals for Neon Indian’s video “Mind, Drip.” Larsen’s stuff is going to look pretty sweet next to the Aaron Parazette’s work, which is currently up in the Contemporary’s main gallery.
The three performers will join Play-n-Skillz, as well as an array of other amusements and bemusements: including a short film screening room, live screen printing with Brian Gibb, dancing by the Rhythm Knightz, a pop-up coffee shop by The Pearl Cup, food, drink (including FREE beer compliments of Michelob Ultra), and more. Should make for a novel evening, all brought to you, if you haven’t already noticed, by the good people at Chevy.
To get your FREE tickets, just go to our FrontRow Live page. And while you’re there, enter our VJ contest to win the chance to be our event’s video MC. And also don’t forget to head to Chevy Town Square at the State Fair to pick up VIP passes to FrontRow Live, which scores you a sweet bag of goodies and more.
See you there.
