Join us Monday at The Texas Theatre for the third installment of our film series highlighting the melodramas of directors Douglas Sirk and Rainer Werner Fassbinder. Next week we will watch our second Sirk feature, Imitation of Life, about a single mother chasing dreams of stardom and the family drama that unfolds off stage between her daughter, her African American housekeeper, and her mixed-race daughter.
